    No I didn’t install any plugin for registration and users login I’m looking for WordPress default login.

    You didn’t get my point
    I know this link
    But how other users will register or login?
    I want to show them the toolbar to allow them to register new accounts and login to their accounts

    Should I send this link to every single user who visits my blog?
    Please I want to put it right there in front of their eyes.

    Anyway I want to show the toolbar when I’m not logged in whatever was my purpose, can I just show it in this theme?
    Because there are a lot of themes that show it even if I’m not logged in

    I want to show the toolbar to allow users to login or register.
    How can users or me login without the toolbar there?

    Please note that this is happening only when I’m not logged in, when I’m logged in I can see the toolbar with no issues.

    I’m logged in via WordPress.Com

    I disabled all plugins but the toolbar didn’t show.
