When I’m not logged in I can’t see User/Admin toolbar in the top of my blog, how users suppose to register or login?How to show it?

Is your site logged in via WordPress.Com or you are using jetpack login? Please check the installed plugin as well, you may have any plugin installed to affect that section.Thank you

Please note that this is happening only when I’m not logged in, when I’m logged in I can see the toolbar with no issues.

The toolbar appears only for the logged in users. If users are not logged in, it’s not reasonable to show the toolbar. So we think, it’s not the problem.

Did you install any plugin for registration and users login or you are looking for WordPress default login? Did you try by menus setting via Appearance – Menus and try adding menu items?
Can you please elaborate what type of login you are looking for?

You need to install any plugin for user registration. Kindly find the user registration plugin on the repo. After that, you can add menus/icons on the top of the section.
