    Hi Team –

    I am currently facing issue with the WP-PLUGIN >> ULTIMATE MEMBER which i installed on the education base THEME. the plugin works fine except that i can’t upload profile image and cover photo for all members on the website. When i changed the theme, those issues were not there. Should i conclude that your theme is not compatible to the ultimate member plugin ? Or help me if there is something else to do for this to be resolved.

    The issue is this: Nothing happens when i try to upload the image, No error is also shown

    Can you please provide your site url? This type of issues generally arise due to jquery issues. Please check your browser console and it will solve the issues.

    Please Note that i have other websites which have this same plugin and it works fine on all browsers. Actually if it was an issue of java script i don’t think the other site will work. Please check through and let me know what you think on this.

    Can you please check by uninstalling the plugin other than Ultimate Member and check once. I think, it will help to know which plugin is causing the issues.
    This type of issues generally arise due to the conflicts between plugins.

    That was the first thing i did. checking up conflicts between plugins; Actually No-conflicts were found.
