    Hi,

    It’s me again! 😛
    Well, I configured all my website with the SuperNews but I noticed that the site is not available in mobile devices. I don’t know if it’s the theme or some configuration that I may have to do. This theme is responsive, right?

    Hello Valdson,
    Our theme is responsive and it is compatible with all the devices. You can check out demo on your mobile and check whether it is responsive or not.
    1.Did you use the Acme Fix Images plugin to make the image size and the media size is mentioned according to the documentation ?

    Yes i’m using Acme Fix Image plugin. Still with some problems in mobile devices.

    Hello Vladson,
    Have you installed any plugins? If you have, would you please check the issues by uninstalling the plugin one by one and try to find if there any conflicts between plugin and the theme? If you added any CSS codes, please remove it to.

    I check all the plugins installed. Nothing change. Supernews still not working in mobile devices.

    Is jetpack plugin installed there? If so please try once by deactivating it. After that, again not worked, would you please provide us the screenshot of the site appeared there. And which mobile device are you using. Please provide us the details, we will check it and inform you.

    I belieave it Jetpack, yes. I deactivate and looks like it’s running ok. I try again, activate and deactivate and now is not working, still not responsive. In iOS (and Android too) looks like this: http://imgur.com/a/msXuy

    Yes, it is due to the plugin issues. Is all the plugin uninstalled on your site? If so, we will check it and response you. Our theme is full responsive(you already checked) our demo. So, make sure all thing fine from your site as mentioned above too. After than we will check it all.
