Hello,
I am trying to figure out 2 things with my website : http://www.crownofcreation.org/
The demo site shows a blue box around the first blog post. How do I activate this?
Second, how do I get the “You are here” bar to show with the menus/navigation.I cannot find this anywhere in the documentation on how to address these details.

Here are answers of your queries:- The first post is sticky post, you can create sticky post by clicking Quick Edit and check Make this post sticky in post list at backend or while adding/editing post from the Publish box at the top right

Images sizes. I did what the Documentation stated about changing the image sizes here: http://i2.wp.com/www.doc.acmethemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/media.png
That part was easy. But when I downloaded Acme Fix Images it did not show the same sizes in your example. This is what I got:
Select which thumbnails you want to fix:
Toggle all
thumbnail (500×280 cropped)
medium (690×400 cropped)
medium_large (0x0 )
large (840×480 cropped)
post-thumbnail (330×195 cropped)
Only fix featured imagesPlease let me know if there is an easy solution to this… Because I think its messing up my image sizes on my site.

Its good to know your previous issues solved.
This plugin do not mess up your image, its only work is to crop images to predefined sizes http://i2.wp.com/www.doc.acmethemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/media.png.
If you afraid to do that in live site, you can try in local or dev site.Best Regards
