in homepage there is about us section, in it 4 posts are placed each has own icon. i want to change it but i could not find the way to change it, kindly give me way to change it.

Please follow the path and screenshot below to work with the theme :
Pages > All Pages > Job placement
Go to the right side and find Featured Icon
There you change the icon.
